My New Years Relolution is to start therapy for my compulsive overeating. I think it's about time. Hopefully this will make me a more whole person with less issues.

I normally don't make resolutions because I just used to fail at them -- yada yada yada, I'm going to lose weight and exercise. But this year, with my new tool: 1.    Continue to exercise and not slack off because I look and feel better.... 2.    Continue to work my tool.... 3.    Share positive info with other OH'ers and be helpful...... 4.     Continue going to group to get info to help me stay on the path..... 5.    Spend more huggle time with the hubby!!!!

Hey Linda! You know this will the first year I won't resolve to lose weight!!!  WHOO HOO!!!!!!! This is what I would like to accomplish this year. 1.  Exercise 5 days a week. 2.  Get all of my protein in daily. 3.  Drink my water consistently every day.  Hard one for me. 4.  Get my vitamins in daily, not forgetting. 5.  Spend more quality time with my beautiful girls. 6.  & BE HAPPY everyday... (working on this one) Happy New Year my friend, wishing you only the best for 2008!!!! Love ya.

1) to do the things I need to do to be successful with my tool. 2) to add more structured exercise to my life. 3) to take definite steps to get our finances in better shape. 4) to continue to attend PNC support group meetings, coffee get-togethers, and other extra gatherings to enjoy my new friendships and keep this tool a top priority in my life!
