New Years Resolutions Time :)
Ok so lets put it out there to the wind.... what are you going to work on this New Year??
Mine?
Eating more and maintaining my weight. More protien and water....
Try and wean off Depression Med's to see if I need them anymore....
( sigh )
To share more with new OH'ers my journey and be helpful....
To not let the stress of family issues dominate my thoughts everyday and see the love and light infront of me right here right now.

Start Weight - 263
Current Weight 135 and making it work for ME !
1. To get in ALL of my protein every day
2. To exercise
3. To get out and make friends and get a life (I've been hiding out for years because I hated to be the fattest person in the room and out of embarrassment over my weight)
4. I would LOVE to go out on a date this year (I stopped dating years ago, see reason #3)(I know - not a resolution - just a hope for the year)
5. I am looking forward to hearing my doctor say my A1C is in the normal range

1. Get my water in. I try every day, but I need to do better and get it in every day, not just try.
2. Get my protein in. Same as water. Trying isn't cutting it.
3. Be proud of all that I have accomplished. Pride is something I'm not used to carrying around with me. I've done wonderful things and have amazing things to show for it. I need to be proud of that and let everyone else know that.

Linda first of all we missed you at coffee today!! Maybe next Sat we can talk at SP coffee before my surgery. Second, could you keep us updated on your moms surgery on WED. Finally My goals:
I start my new life on Jan1st
Eating Healthier
Get off BP meds
Get rid of the CPAP machine
To be a more active role model for all new OH'ers by giving my stories and time to them. Making them feel like they are part of a big family. I will do this by becomming more present at various support groups and coffee functions.
