Women typically lose weight from the top down and first from the areas they last put on weight. In my case during the first couple of months I couldn't tell any difference either and wore the same pants size. But everyone else could tell my face and neck, etc were losing!
Remember too that you're losing all over your body, not just in the certain spots we wish would disappear, whether you can tell the difference or not. And it didn't come on overnight so it's not going to come off overnight either.

I have to agree with the others. Take your pics and do your measurements each month, It wasn't until my two month pics that I could see any difference, I've lost 66 lbs and have only gone down from a 24 to a 20. and like the others, it didn't move didn't move, I had a 2 week weight loss stall them whamo!! I dropped two pant sizes. Just keep working the tool and the weight will come off.
