SF Product Review

Thought I would tell you all about a new water enhancer that I found.  I'm not much of a fan of Crystal Light because I think it tastes too sweet.  However, with my new committment to drinking more water I decided I needed something that helped it go down a bit faster and easier.  Target is now carrying a water enhancer right next to Crystal Light called Vita Splash.  They have it in a bunch of flavors for a variety of purposes: Immune Boost, Fiber Infusion, Calcium, Multi-Vitamin and Joint Support. I got the Grape Immune Boost and the nutrition label says that it has 100% daily allowance of Vitamin A and E, 1000% of Vitamin C, 50% of Niacin, Folic Acid, Pantothenic Acid, B6, B12, Zinc and Selenium.  Its got 15 calories, 125 mg of sodium and 2 g of Carbs.  Oh and its SUGAR FREE! I REALLY like this and plan on trying the other ones too.  AND it helps me get MUCH MORE water in.   Just thought I would pass on a new little nugget I found!

Thanks Tracy!  I am alwasys looking for new ways to ge****er down.  I am sick of Crystal Light.  Walmart has a generic brand that is cranberry flavored and that is good.  I know I need a new picture!  You look AWESOME by the way! 

Thanks Tracy....I too am always looking for new ways to get the H2O in!!! I also am sick of the crystal light and had resigned to just drinking the plain old water and forget about it!! But flavor is always so nice for a treat!!!  I agree, you look amazing GF!!! You are an inspiration to me!!!  Keep up the great job!!!  CarolN

Have any of you tried the Special K protein powder for water? It comes in kiwi strawberry (which I find kinda sweet) and pink lemonade which I love. it's also SF I believe.

Those sound great!  Is there any that don't taste like rat posion? I have a real hard time with nutra sweet it makes me sick.

I like the Walmart brand Cherry Limeade - but I use twice as much water as it calls for, because it is awfully sweet!  I like raspberry lemonade, too - bought a mess of the Wylers Raspberry Ice and Lemonade packets when they were on sale for a dime a box at Walgreens several months ago!  But I'll have to try the Vita Splash - never hurts to expand one's horizons!

I like the propel flavor packets, and the Lipton Green Teas. I have been doing horribly with my water intake. Crystal light and the walmart brands are way too sweet for me, I need just a subtle taste. I tried the Special K protein mix once and I could have sworn I dumped from it. I couldn't think of anything else I might have had that would have caused the reaction I had. Maybe I am just over sensitive to sugar alcohols now. It would be nice if I didn't, I loved the ice tea flavor, maybe I will try them again.
