35 lbs and a baby????
So my daughter and I volunteered at a local church dinner on Christmas Day. We have never been there before and we were having fun preparing food for others and meeting some new people. Then a lady comes up to me and askd me. "When are you having your baby???" I was devastated!!!! Here I have lost 35 lbs in a little over a month, changed my entire lifestyle, and become so much more healthy! And NOW someone asks me if I pregnant??? No one has ever asked me that before! Not even when I was at my heaviest! I just told her that I wasnt and she didnt seemed that sorry for saying it. I cried! I didnt know what else to do, my mind was racing with things to say to her but I just didnt say anything. I was pretty bummed the rest of the day. I mean I know what I have accomplished and I am very proud of myself, but it still hurts some. I will get over it.. I guess I should buy some new clothes so I dont look pregnant, thats the only thing I can think of. All my shirts are too big but I dont want to spend a lot of $ until I reach my goal, which is 40 more #s! Ugh!!

Wow that just showes you how stupid people can be. You are doing amazing keep up the great and awesome work. No one knows what we are going through until they have done it them selves. You hang in there woman you are amazing and remember people can be so cruel and the ones that are cruel have nothing else better to do than put there nose where it don't belong. Keep it up woman you are doing great!!!!!!!!!!!!! Marsha
Sorry that you got that comment, people are dumb!! I think you look amazing!! LOVE LOVE LOVE your new picture! You are doing awesome! As far as not spending much, the thrift stores are awesome while we shrink!!! Keep up the great work!!

They just say the dumbest things. You just want to say to them, "Did that sound better in your head?"

Oh, dont be bummed! You are looking really really great! Only 40 more to GOAL after only a month, That's AMAZING!!! You just need to go get you some thrift store clothes and you'll be feeling so much better about it! Some people are just dumb! You are really looking great and you are only 1 month out! You have no reason to be feeling bad!

I think I would have been tempted to ask when HERS was due, just for spite... grrrr. I'm sorry she was so mean to you, especially when you are doing a good service for others.
