My first little WOW
I was at aqua aerobics tonight and at the end we always do these stretches that I have a hard time doing, but today I was able to clasp my hands behind my back and grab my foot behind me as well, first time in a very long that I have been able to do this I usually just fake it.

No WOW moments are little -- Share and brag GF!!! You have earned every moment of them!!!

Way to go NicoleLynn! Isn't it fun that our new bodies can start doing things we never thought possible!
