Bread
Did I ask this already or was I just thinking it? Can you give me the low down on what we can eat for bread? I think it is supposed to be toast only at this point, but I wondered about other things. For the holidays I made sugar-free pumpkin bread, so that is really moist, is that something we can eat or is it too heavy?
Thanks

I've been eating bread since about 4 months. Even now bread can still bother me. The denser the bread the harder it can be on your pouch. For example, I highly discourage a bagel unless you toast it really well. For me, the drier and more crumby it is - the easier it is to eat. For example, a piece of coffee cake at a coffee shop doesn't go down well, but a scone goes down great.
Of course, you have to remember that bread is a carb and we shouldn't eat too much of it anyway, but my rule of thumb is actually dry and crumby...better on the pouch. Moise and dense....makes the pouch hurt!
Good luck!
