Southdale Fairview Weight Loss Clinic

Hello!  Is there anyone on here that went through this clinic?  Anyone use Dr. Laguna?  Just looking for someone who has experience with this clinic.  Thanks for your help!

Hi!  I had Fairview Southdale WLC and I think they are amazing!!  I had Dr. Pierce but Dr. Laguna came to see me so that I could be released and he is soooo nice too!  I know you won't be dissappointed with them!  They have the best staff and are AWESOME!  If you have any other questions PM me and I'll answer whatever!  HUGS!

They are sooooo great there.  I don't know Dr. Laguna, I had Pierce too. But the staff and the program ROCK!!!

I just had my surgery through this clinic. Although my Doctor was Dr. Benn! I agree with the others the staff is great!! They are very helpful each step of they way.

Ditto what everyone else has said.  I had Pierce, but the staff at the clinic are wonderful - very helpful and courteous.

 Hi I am currently with the clinic and I had Dr. Benn.  All the people there are so wonderful!!!  They help you with wht ever you need.  I had my surgery 2 weeks ago and do not regret a thing.  I would recommend them to anyone who wants the surgery hope this helps..  Take care Marsha

I also went through this clinic.  Everyone I encountered in the clinic has always been supportive and understanding.  They are all wonderful.  Dr Pierce actually did my RNY surgery...and when my perforated ulcer was discovered two weeks after my RNY surgery, Dr Pierce came in on when he wasn't even on call....and fixed me up at midnight for the repair surgery.  Even though I encountered a complication I feel I recieved the best care around.  They are a very caring group.  Hope this helps you deciede.  Best of Luck. 

YES to FVSD WLC! Dr. Paul Benn perform my lap RNY with (my requested) gall bladder removal July 25, 2006.  The staff at FVW WLS have been fabulous providing pro-active information and timely answering questions.  Just diligently follow the program, and you'll do great!  I've lost 110 lbs., with absolutely no complications nor problems.  I highly recommend pursuing ongoing therapy with a licensed psychologist who specializes in WLS, particularly due to the rapid and immense changes your body will endure the first year, and the mind/emotions need time to process these positive changes!  Best wishes to you in making your decision!

Like all of the other posts - the staff at the clinic are absolutely great!  They truly listen, support, encourage and gently reprimand when necessary.  I had my RNY surgery with Dr Pierce, but believe that all parties of this group are talented and work very well together. Good luck!
