You are sooooooooooo beautiful!!!!!! I couldnt have said it better myself... about eating those lil extras and feeling like crap for it. After yesterday I just felt polluted in a way.  Like I wanted to cleanse as well.  I was craving getting back to normal eating!  Odd...  Good job honey... your doing amazing!

Thank you everyone for the wonderful, uplifting and encouraging comments.  I can not believe that it is almost going to be 9 months.  This really does go by fast.  I know I wouldn't be were I am without the support of the people on this board and the STL PNC group.  I have learned so much from you all from when I was a lurker 'till now.  I would do this 10x over again!!
