Thank you so much for the welcome!! I had surgery on 11/13/07 at the U of M.  I had lost 23lbs the day of my surgery(I was so nervous I couldn't eat for a couple of weeks prior to the surgery.).  Since the surgery I've lost 25lbs.  For a total of 48 gone, 37 to go.  My goal is 140.  I had the lap RNY.  I just got the go ahead to eat anything from my nut.  I live in Western WI, near Hudson, which is not far from St. Paul.  I am so thankful for the message board, I am now able to ask questions and to get the support I've been needing.  It's so hard to do it alone. I look forward to really getting to know everyone and to offer any ideas and support I can. ~Debi

I have been SO out of control these last few days I'm SURE I've regained some

I skipped weigh-in this past weekend (like not facing the fact that I gained makes it any less true) but anyway.....I'm refocused now so downward I go
