Granting a Christmas Wish!
Dear Friends of the MN board,
One of our members has a disability which does not allow for her to attend coffee gatherings and such and I heard this and wondered how we could help, as she stated she would like to meet many from this board.
Well, in thinking of how we could fulfill this, I decided to PM her and ask her permission to see if the next quarterly coffee couldn't be in her local area and if everyone agreed to meeting in this location, I offered to pick her up and bring her to the coffee and then back home again. I am happy to say that she welcomed this with open arms!
Please mark your calendars for Saturday, January 19th! We will meet in Hopkins, MN for coffee as one group, just like we did this past fall in Stillwater. Hopkins is known for it's quaintness with many little shops along main street for you to wander through after coffee if you'd like (I hear they have some great antique stores and thrift shops as well).
I have been in contact with two coffee shops and just waiting to see which one feels they can provide the space for us that morning. I will post again once the location is confirmed.

It's like when you were a kid and it was your birthday 
and you'd always hear "now make a wish, but don't tell anyone or it won't come true". Seriously? Give me a break! If you want your dreams to come true, sometimes it requires assistance from others.
This person did just that. She mentioned she'd like to attend a coffee and it snowballed from there.

You are such a kind dear! How sweet of you to make such important arrangements to involve all of our members in our gatherings. I'm putting it on my calendar right now!
