Hey, thanks all!  When I looked at my one month pics, and saw how scraggly my hair really had gotten, I got on the horn and made an appt. to get that remedied.  What a difference a simple haircut can make! Overall I'm feeling great.  I'm not having any trouble with foods.   I had a nasty case of constipation Thursday night into Friday afternoon.  Oof that was terrible.  I could hardly sit, and I had to make 2 trips to the drug store to get remedies.  One dose of MOM, one dose of mineral oil, and 2 suppositories later, I'm feeling pretty good again.  Though, if anybody tells me that the pain of that movement is anywhere near the pain of having a kid, I will never have kids.    Anywho, I'm hitting the road in a few minutes.  Heading up north for Christmas.  Have a great holiday weekend ya'll! Merry Christmas! 

Um, Honey, yeah, the hair is nice but um, well, it is the weight loss that I am complimenting!!!!  YOU can SEE the difference already!!!  Have a great Christmas up nort!!  Say hi to all for me!!!
