My One Year Surgiversary!!!

Happy One Year Surgiversary to me!!!  What an incredible journey.  I want to encourage all of you who have just had the surgery or getting ready to.  It is the BEST thing I have ever done for myself.  I have lost 144 pounds.  I feel amazing.  This year has gone so fast!!  Keep up all of your hard work.  It's so worth it!!!

WOOOOOHOOOOO...you have done an awesome job with your tool!!  Congratulations! Now after a year how about an avatar picture???? it is nice to see who we are happy for!!
