I finally figured out how to put two pics in one - and have posted a before and after pic on my profile. I can't believe how much more I am enjoying this holiday season... actually having energy to get things done for myself and for others... being able to find cute holiday things to wear... feeling full after a few bites of a treat instead of making a sentry of myself at the treat table. And looking forward to a new year for a change too. Thank you WLS and OH friends.

I agree Bev...this surgery is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I have so much energy and feel so alive! The holiday season hasn't even felt like work this year...I just love it!! You look amazing...congrats...you have come a long way! Hugs, connie d

OMG! Did you think a year ago that it was even possible to be down over 113 pounds??? You look amazing! I love the side by side - it really helps see the difference.
