Surgery is Over!

I got the pleasure being on the same time line journey with Debbie.  By accident, we were at the same introduction meeting, the same nutritionist, the same surgeon meeting and surgery on the same day.  Unfortunatley we didn't get to be roommates though!  She looked wonderful on Tuesday when I went to see her!

Congratulations Debra!!! I was close to the same time frame as you. I had my Lapband done at SMDC in Duluth on December 11th. Went home the next day, walking out of the hospital at 9am. I was uncomfortable but not really pain. My friend Missy who brought me home had the GB in November and she told me she was jealous of how I got up and walked out. She said no way she could have done that. I never got my pain medicine prescription filled..just had to take Tylenol a couple times. Good Luck on your journey!!
