Vitamin?

What is the name of the vitamin/supplement that you take that has everyting in it in one pill?   I know it has been posted in the past but couldn't remember where/when. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Erika

I take two flinstones complete -- they are chewable and taste really good.  Don't go to a generic kids chewable -- some are awful!!!  Other one is centrum chewable -- but they aren't so great either!!!  Since a kids' one works, that's what I take.  Cherry, Grape and Orange flavored in a bottle!!! MMMMMMM

Thanks Barb and Connie, have either of you ever tried the Optisource? I believe that what its called it supposed to be all in one vitamin.  I finally found my  notes from my last support group meeting that this was the vitamin that alot people were taking..... any thoughts?? Thanks again for the info and I would appreciate any on this particular vitamin. Erika
