Yummy Protein Shakes!!!

I just had to share with everyone my new favorite protein shake!!! I use my majic bullet and mix the Orange Flavored protein powder, 1 oz of orange juice and 1 4oz container of Sugar free vanilla pudding, mix up reall well then add crushed ice. It tastes just like an orange dream cycle or an orange julius!!! And only 150 calories!!! I have been experimenting with the powdered proteins for a while and another favorite is my Apple Cinnemon protein shake. Again, I use the SF jello vanilla pudding, sprinkle cinnemon and use about 1/2 of a medium size apple, peeling and all then mix it all up then add the ice and vuola, YUMMY!!!! I also enjoy using the DanActive Yogart or any low sugar yogart. Also for added fiber, I have been mixing a little flax seed in my shakes and that gives a little bit of a nutty flavor!!! I LOVE MY MAJIC BULLET!!!!! CarolN

Hi Carol! What brand of orange Protein powder are you using and where do you get it?? That sounds like it would be very yummy. I'm coming by your house to try it out!! LOL

I got that protein powder at GNC. Its not too bad.....You can sure come by for a try if you want, just let me know and I will make us up a batch!!!! Carol

By the way....I wanted to, again, thank you for being there for me from the start. I'm taking after you and have offered to help Bonnie August in her journey. I will be posting for her when her husband calls me after surgery today. I met her on another site and introduced her to this site...she loves it! But it's all because of the special kindness you have shown me....you rubbed off girl!! I also have some Boost and protein shakes to bring into group on Thur. Are you going??

Carol, I'm starting to worry about Bonnie.....her surgery was scheduled for 9am and it;s almost 2pm and I have not heard from her hubby John yet...should I call Abbott?
