Hi Everyone, Sorry I missed coffee this morning; but had some stuff to take care of before the end of the year hits us in a couple of weeks.  I got a "good" report on all of you from Linda.  She's the "best"!!! Edi, "THANK YOU" for the tops.  They are pretty snug now; but my goal is to be able to wear some of them this summer.  There, now I've said it to the whole Board, so guess I've made a comittment.  Yes, I've slipped and I'm confessing. (I can't believe that I just did that, can you, Linda?)  So I'm going to need all of your prayers, help and any suggestions to get me back on track.  I see Dr. Rupp this coming Thursday.  We'll do a game plan after he views my video and my food tracking. In case, I'm not on the Board until after Christmas, I want to wish each and every one of you a very "Happy Holiday" Season!!! Hugs............Granny Eileen

I missed it too I decided at 10:00 on Friday night to write out my Christmas cards...   Well, needless to say that took much longer than planned and I ended up oversleeping on Saturday morn...    I hope everyone is well and you all have a very Merry Christmas!

Sounds like a bunch of us missed out on all the fun - but now I don't feel so left out! Granny - way to go admitting your "slipping" issues out here for all to see.  That's a big step and you've got my support 100%!  I too need to get things back on track. I started by going to the gym at 5:00 AM - yes that's AM on Friday morning and have committed to meeting my friends at the gym at least 2 mornings a week and I definitely want to get there in the evenings too. If I can get back on track - so can you!  We'll help each other through all this! Love you so much - Take care!
