Chicken

A couple of weeks ago I saw on biggest Loser how they put chicken breast in baggies with marinade and when they wanted some they microwaved the chicken in the baggie. Just wondering if anyone has tried this and what you used for a marinade.<br /><br />

Also, I heard campers boil the baggie with eggs, cheese meat etc and it makes a nice scramble without messing a pan. Anyone tried this??<br /><br />

Paula dean did a brunch special where she did an omlette in a bag.  This way you could do several at a time.  Put the eggs and other ingredients in a ziplock baggie and boil it.  When its done, you have an omlette without the mess!! Not sure of exact cooking times, you would have to look on food tv website.  I was going to try this too!!
