Welcome to possible new WLS patient

I have been talking to a gal at work that came up to me the other day and asked what I was doing to lose so much weight - so I told her about the surgery.  She said that she had thought about it, but had heard too many scary things about it.  I told her about this board, and she is going to check it out...so if you see Sandy show up, give her some encouragement.  I told her that this place was a great place for information - good and bad, as we don't want to whitewash everything for her.  I know you will welcome her with open arms! Thanks!

Good to see you on the boards - you must be super busy these days or I must be missing you because I just don't see you around much! Hope things are going well for you!   Way to go "recruiting" another prey for our cause!  Just kidding - so good of you to be free to share of your experience, it might just be what someone else needs to help them make the decision!
