When I read the back of the pickle jar, I was a little surprised at how "useless" they are (for nutritional value). All I really want to use them for is to add a little color and zing, so hopefully they won't affect my protein intake. I know I don't have room right now for anything but protein, I know I've gotten full already. Isn't it just the weirdest thing to get full off of such a small amount of food? I love it, but it does kind of throw you for a loop. Icky for you! I just started being able to burp this last week, so I imagine that having things, "back up," will be soon to follow. Of course I am going to be the model patient and not overdo anything, so it really shouldn't be a problem, but... Thanks for sharing what you learned from your nut with me. Hope to see you over at St. Paul coffee some Saturday!
