Hi Bonnie, Congratulations! You will be so happy you did this. I was so happy to see you are 59. I am 60 and had the surgery in September and I feel like I am 30!!!!! The quality of life I am experiencing since surgery is awesome, I havent felt this good in sooooo many years. Best of luck!!!!

Hi, I've never felt in my 50's so I can only imagine what this will be like.  I have never let my weight dictate who I am or what I do so this could be traumatic for those around me.  My knees suck but hoping that will get much better when I lose the weight.  It's nice to know you're never too old to follow your dreams.  I'm looking forward to reaching my goal and being able to wear the same clother 2 seasons in a row(but maybe I won't want to anymore).  Thanks for the support!

Ordered my sampler of proteins and the unjury soup as I'm not much of a milk person.  Heard the chicken broth is awesome.
