Never thought of that angle of it-but yeah......it works! I take my calcium in the morning with my multi vitamin and prozac-with milk because I hate to eat first thing in the a.m......then I take my iron and vitamin c at night along with my baby asprin (yes, the doc ok'd the baby one) and sometimes a sleeping pill. I keep a bottle of b12 tablets by my computer at work, and another one at home so I don't forget to take it at least once a week, sometimes more. Getting a regimen going for taking those supplements is so important!
My tip would be-keeping small cans of tuna, chicken, or salmon at work in my desk for those days that I forget to pack a lunch, or just get the hungries-having a good protein source really helps! Jerky is good, but it has so much salt-anybody out there tried making their own with less/no salt? I would love to know how.... Thanks Ali!
