Running??

Jogging more like...was one of my fitness goals pre op.  I would like to try it, yeah even in this insanely cold and icky weather...BUT I have a rather embarassing question.....Here goes.... I have lost almost 100 pounds and I'm sure that some of you have a similar problem.  But it is with my extra "tire".  I have the lower "tire" in what I guess is referred to as the panni.  But I also have one between that and my breasts, above the belly button.  It is by far the think I like about myself the least.  It is rather gross and when I do jog for a short distance that thing bounces and hurts like a dickens.  It's like my extra set of boobs!!    Great visual huh?  Sorry about that.    I guess my question is, Is there any product out there that one could wear to strap that sucker down?  I thought of a "girdle" but there HAS to be a better option out there.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Ok this is just a thought...it may or may not work....what if you wore a one piece swim suit under your clothes?  Maybe one that is a little tight.  Than you dont have to go find a girdle or something like that and Im sure swim suits are really cheap right now.  Then you can wear it next summer!   Just a thought!

That may just work!  LOVE the new pic BTW.  How are you doing?

you can try and compression shirt from Under armour or Nike. That will keep it tight and also pull the sweat away from your body so you don't get cold when running outside. Hope this helps

Here is a really cheap idea and I have no clue if it would work or not.   Get and ACE bandage - the thickest you can find and wrap it around the area.  it should help to 'suck it in'  but I dont' know about the bouncing.

I would go with the under armour, or the like, option.  They are designed to reduce chaffing and wick the sweat away.  Under Armour can be a bit more expensive but there are other options out there.  I've seen them at Target and Kohls.

UNDER ARMOUR compression gear!!!!  There are less expensive kinds out there, but they don't wash up as well.  They tend to pill up and discolor.  My hubby wears these under his kevlar vest and swears there is nothing better for keeping him cool.   Just my humble opinion!!!

you can go to http://www.underarmour.com/  or you can get it at sports stores. I know Cabela's has a ton of it.  They have two kinds....heatgear for hot weather and coldgear for cold weather. Also, expect to pay 40-50 bucks a pop, but it is worth it for the quality factor.  Hope this helps.
