ANW Therapeutic Support Group

Sometimes along the weight loss journey patients need to access resources and services to help regain focus on the reason for surgery or to process issues that may be having a negative impact on their efforts to loose weight and create a new lifestyle.  ANW Bariatric Center is pleased to introduce a new therapeutic support group. Facilitator:  Dr. John O'Neil, PhD.                     Licensed Psychologist                     Clinical and Health Psychology When:  Fourth Monday of the month, starting in January 2008               6-7:30 p.m. Location:  ANW Piper Building, 6th floor classroom                   913 East 26th Street, Mpls. Cost:  $15.00 cash per session Registration:  Registration is required.  Call the ANW Bariatric Center to register and/or cancel at 612-863-7501. A minimum of six weight loss surgery patients is necessary for the group to be held.  A maximum of 10 participants will be allowed to facilitate the group process. Is this open to everyone or just ANW patients?   

This opportunity was first made available at the ANW Bariatric Center and in our support groups in October.  It has now been opened to any interested patients, so all are more than welcome!
