Sorry I have been away for so long! (long)

HI everyone! It has been forever since I have been here to post or even lurk and read.  It has been busy in our house and I haven't been on the computer much at all for anything. Archie our sweet little dog passed on Nov. 6. He got sick so fast and in a matter of a day and half we lost him.  He wasn't in pain or suffering so that was good.  I worried about that.  It has been sad and quite quiet in our home.  Lydia was very sad but is doing find now.  Rachel was more concerned that mommy & daddy were so sad.  She didn't quite understand but she says now that Archie is heaven running around playing. Just this week we brought a rescue dog into our family.  A pekingese who is about 5 yo and just a sweet sweet boy.  He is fitting in wonderful into our family.  He is very mellow but so playful at the same time.  It is nice to have a dog back in our house.  We miss little Archie so much but we have saved another little dog that had nowhere to go. We went to Ohio for Thanksgiving to spend time with my family.  A big plus my sister & her 3 girls we there as well.  We haven't seen her since March.  The 5 girls had a blast and it was nice to shop and visit with my sister & mom. Thanks to all that have checked in on me.  I am here and plan on being back posting here more.  I am going to have to find the "me time" again.    Now I just need to catch up on everything going on and how everyone is doing on this woderful journey   we have chosen to take. I have put new photos on my profile plus updated on there too. Thanks again & take care.

It's good to see you here again. I'm so sorry you had to lose your dear Archie. But it's good to hear you gave another dog a chance at a nice home. You are doing just fantastically (is that a word?) with your weight loss. THanks for updating us. Keep up the great work. Hugs, Lori

AMY!!!!  WE'VE MISSED YOU!!!  So sorry about your loss of your beloved Archie!!!  OMG can we fall in love with the little precious things!!!  What is your new poochies name?  I still have your jewelry bag but I won't be at coffee this Saturday.  Going to Mankato to meet the MIL to shop for Christmas.  But I'll be at group on the 11th in Burnsville and at Eagan coffee on the 15th so I'll bring it to you then.
