Frustrating Week
Good Morning, All! This has been a frustrating week for me. I have only lost .5lb. Trying to remain positive because there are still 3 days til my Monday weigh in. And, trying to remember that I actually gained .5lb over T-day, so I've reeeeeeeeaaaaaaaally lost 1lb! OK, I feel a little better. And, anything lost is GREAT! I've noticed that I've been snacking more and getting in less protein and water this week. My goal was to do better...not going so well, so far! I am recommitting to following my plan! Will check in later with an update!
