Things I have learned.. well not alot but some :)

Did you know that there are days when you just need more food??? I used to think that was everyday... Now I get a day ( like today ) where I get almost 2000 calories when all of last week up till yesterday I struggled for 1000. I just ate today... I felt empty and I know my body just needed it.  So odd to have your body brought back to square and feel the right things your body needs not just your brain craving. Not sure if this makes sense. I know when I am low on water...my ears get plugged.. When I stand up and Im dizzy?  Its water or protien so I concentrate harder on them. That when I do have a day I need more its not the end of the world ( ok I kinda feel that ) that I just go with it and track my food and look back on it on the days I dont eat much and go WOW how did I do that. Just my two cents... Hugs friends!

YOU are soooo smart!  I have never paid attention, but thinking back um well YEAH!!!   But one question:  Am I suppose to pay you two cents cuz honey you are brillant and wise and beautiful and just simply wonderful!

Now you're eating like a thin person!  Woohoo!  My ex husband was naturally thin and he would tell me (size 22 me) that when I had hungry days it was normal, although I always felt guilty.

Oh my gosh yes!  Just what I was thinking yesterday!  I was feeling guilty the last few days as I've just been hungry as a bear, then I realized I should be!  I'm working two jobs.  The evening job I am on my feet for 4 1/2 to 5+ hours straight.  I'm straightening up clothes and helping plus size ladies feel great running around getting them different sizes etch and then cleaning up the store before we go home.  All that stooping and streching and bending!  One night on a slow night I wore my podometer and I got in 4.19 miles!  Another day I wore it at both jobs and by the end of the day I had 7.89 miles in!  I still haven't dropped anymore weight, still stuck at 178 but I have dropped another pant size!  I bought a 14W last night!!!  And to think last Oct I was wearing a 24W!  I even have a couple of size 14 shirts that fit! You are so right Linda about our bodies talking to us.  I know when I need more water and I know when I need more protein and I swear I know when I need more food or less food and OH do I love a yummy salad.  I've been craving fish lately! Good for you! I still get abit of panic on the eating days, thinking Im going back to old ways but it always turns out ok. Thanks for replying and keep up the good work!!!
