There are 5 open townhomes, 3 bedrooms 1.5 baths, pets ok, garage, 1260sqft, a great neighbor hood, schools are top 10 in the state, dead end street, low to moderate income guidelines, awesome manager, rent is $875, and YOU'D be my neighbor and get to go to North Branch Coffee's

You don't stink, Sandie - you're so gorgeous that everyone else started feeling the weight of your shadow! They had to move out of it! Or, maybe you're shining so bright they had to move away or burn out their retinas? Just a thought... (PS - beware of new neighbors with motorcycles that have no damage on their windshields...)

Sounds like a great place.....unfortunately the commute for my hubby would be horrible...oh wait he can't drive due to eye disease....there's no way i'm driving him 1 1/2 hrs each way daily LOL. Besides I'm lucky enough to only pay $450 for a 3 bdrm house...full house.
