I am so loving this.  The first week was, admittedly, tough.  But now that I am experiencing the results, it's not quite so painful.  And, I'm not that far away from solids.

That's teriffic!  Bet you never thought you would rejoice about eating creamed soups and yogurt!  I remember how good they tasted after all that jello and broth - YUCK!  Sounds like you are on the right track and have a good positive attitude.  Keep doing just what the doctor and nurses say and you'll have great success. Way to go!  Hooray for you!!! Jane

Thank you Jane,  It's been a fast 2 weeks, but every time I had to sip that broth, or try to take a bite of jello, time would just stop.  It is so great to move up on liquids!  And, now I have dates for when I can move to pureed and solids.  It's not that far away.
