and everything was wonderful. My surgeon said I was a star...a model patient...he just sat there grinning at me!! He is more then pleased with my healthy eating choices and my water intake. He was so happy to hear about my exercise routine too. Joined a fitness center and work out one hour everyday. Too cold outside to walk. I am having no problems getting in my protein or water. I haven't had any dumping or getting things stuck. I feel so much better. Happier and healthier!! I love this surgery and would do it again in a heartbeat. I have learned so much. Sorry to be tooting my own horn but I really am happy about the success I am having. It is hard work but so worth it...as you all know. Have a good day everyone. Hugs
