Hi All, Just have to share since it made my day. Yesterday a co-worker was staring at me while I walked past her. I just smiled and she walked over to me and said wow, you are really dropping weight, you look fantastic. Now she did not know that I had lapband surgery. I really can't tell that I have lost any, so it was a really good feeling to know that someone noticed. So that motivates me even more to keep doing the right thing. YEA!!!

Whoohoo!!! Way to go!!! People often notice even when we gain, glad they mention it when we lose!!!
