{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{PAM}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} So sorry to hear about that - I know what it is like - went through that whole process here before I found the job in HR.  It really sucks, but I know you and I know that you will find something else - the reaction that you got out of the marketing director is a good sign as now he has to figure out who is going to do what you do for the other 4 divisions (which could mean hiring 4 more people if they let you go).   Keep your chin up, and if you want to talk - you have my digits!  We may have to do coffee or lunch or something so you can vent about it - if needed..... Prayers for you going heavenward!

Thank you so much Laurie!  I really appreciate it.  I'm sure hoping the Marketing Director is able to work some magic and get me transferred into the other department to continue doing my job.  I know he was working on it, because the head of the other department came and talked to me a bit tonight, made no promises but let me know they are trying to figure things out. 

Pam- I am soooooooooooooooooooo very sorry! I went through that 4 1/2 years ago. It was the scariest time of my life. I will pray for you to be able to keep your job, or find a new position quickly. If you need anything just let me know.  Hugs,  Lori

Lori, thank you SOOOOOOOO much!  It is a bit scary, but I can't hold onto that, I have to hold onto hope and the prayers that are being lifted.  I have 45 days, so quickly would be wonderful!

Behind you 100%! Year end sucks....they cut, cut, cut. I worked for an employee assistance dept for awhile and it never ceased to amaze me that companies cut cut cut at this time of year....November is the dreaded month. I am so sorry. Thinking of you- Megan
