I am currently on the holding phase.  I have all my ducks in a row and my surgery date is set for Jan. 11th at 12:15.  I held off on an earlier date so that I wouldn't spoil my Kids and wife's Christmas due to possible complications.  I dream about  being on the losers side every night.  I look forward to my new life style. This is a nice little motiviation for those of us that are pre-op.  It shows how much you can accomplish with that wonderful little tool.  I hope I can only be as successful as all of you!

Erika honey it took me almost 4 years total.

I started got halfway through then had to switch insurance companies and the new one wouldn't cover it no matter what. 3 years later I had insurance that did cover it and I began in March of this year and didn't have my surgery until October. You'll get there. Just keep your eye on your goal.

Good luck!
