In need of a kick in the butt
In the last month, I have only lost 3 pounds :( Although I realize sometimes you lose inches not pounds (which I have), I know a lot of my problem is eating wrong. My groucy pouchy seems to have turned into the pouch that knows no evil now. I have been testing my limits with different foods and have found none. Has this happened to anyone else? And how did you get back on track?
On a positive note, I have lost 20 bmi points! I have almost all new clothes now and even a couple new pairs of shoes as I have lost 1/2 a shoe size :) Anyone need size 6W shoes - I have a couple pair I've never even worn. So, yeah - kick me in the butt....PLEASE!

Dear Heavens!
You've lost 105 pounds since June! I think your body is simply stopping to catch up with itself. It just simply can't continue to lose at that pace. I'm hardly one to talk about getting back to the basics because my pouch testing has gone to the extreme - but I'm planning on seeing a pysch soon to address my eating disorder, depression and ADD so hopefully I can fix some of the head stuff that's screwing up my progress. Anyway, get back to the basics - tell yourself no. And know that you're not really depriving yourself - you're just trying to be better.
You have a ton of positives your reduce BMI, your incredible weight loss - not to mention that you must be feeling pretty good having 105 lbs gone. Concentrate on how far you've come and not how much you have to go - pull out your before pics - they will motivate you in reminding you that you don't ever want to be that person again!
Good luck - YOU CAN DO IT!

GREAT JOB WITH 105 LBS LOST GF!!! And now, go onto the next phase and stop testing. The tool needs you to help it work. As suggested in another post to someone else, how about a short liquid diet to cleanse your body of the evil carbs and sugar and start fresh. Carbs make you crave more carbs and sugar makes you crave more sugar. I remember the liquid diet being hard the first 3 days and then once rid of the garbage, the ld was a breeze for the next 7 days. Might be worth a try.....
SO, CONSIDER THIS MY KICK IN THE BUTT TO YOU!!! But a gentle one cause you can do this and you know it!!!!
