Ouch nothing ~~ your age isn't even a paper cut!!!!  Turning 49 a couple of years ago was the hardest for me.  Being my last 4x was real mind opening.  My mother had just turned 49 when she died so being her age REALLY made me realize how young she really was and how much life she missed !!!   Count your YOUNG blessings GF !!!  You stil have ALOT of life ahead of you!!!!  And lots of new beginning still to come !!!!
