OT: Need some love...

I have been keeping my eyes open for that opportunity of a lifetime, but havent seen it yet.  Originally thought it might be nice to get into the State, County, City but nothing yet.. I guess I may have mislead about the good benefits..  The flexibility and location is really the only good beni...  Otherwise I pay $100 per month for single coverage health and dental...  Makes ya wanna barf...

Ahhh Dana, I certainly do understand about the "Male Dominated' work place and I have been here for going on 8 years. I am the most senior person here and sometimes it seems that it really doesn't matter to anyone here that if they keep '******g' me off, I may just leave one day.........then where would they be....????? I will say a prayer for ya that things will get better and remember, there are other jobs out there!!!! Good Luck!!  CarolN

Dana -- prayers for you to get a new job.  Lots of employers now do a work-life balance thing where benefits and flexible hours are the first priority for them.  What exactly do you do??  Maybe others know of an opening at their company.....I know we are always looking for people.  At a CPA firm but we have LOTS of non-CPA positions!!!!  Great people, very respectful....but man a lot of fun too!!!

I totally believe we aren't given any more than we can handle. I know at times, it doesn't seem like it, but keeping this thought in mind, has really helped me over the last 16 months since we moved out west.......I can't believe it's been that long already, Sending warm hugs from Reno  (we had 70 degrees Sunday and Monday ) Peggy

Im sorry your feeling so badly.... just remember this too shall pass. And if not pass.... somthing will either change or get better.   Im so happy you love tj's.
