Happy Surgiversary to Me!

It was one year ago today that my journey began - they best decision I have ever made.  The road has been pretty smooth, just a few bumps here and there.  After one year, I am down 125 lbs and 82 inches - good grief, I've lost Linda Anne!!! I am giving myself a pat on the back, because I am fabulous and deserve it For those of you just starting the ;journey - you can do it!!!

And you should be bragging out your cute butt too!!!!  Congrats -- you have done a fantastic job and it really shows!!!   Man -- another inspiration!!!  There are so many of you!!! Looking forward to seeing you at group next week and then Eagan coffee on the 1st!!!! XXXOOO
