Hey Dollface!! We are going to IL for the holiday - minus Zack he'll be holding down the fort here :O( Thanksgiving is my daddys birthday - this week its been a little tough, but I'll get through it! I know he's where he's suppose to be and no pain and suffering is a great thing! We are having Mass said in his name on saturday too so that should be another part of the healing process! My weekend was too short. Did some laundry, studied some, did some ironing, did some shopping so's I can do some baking. I'm on the 'starving student budget' so my kids are getting a selection of biscottis for their Christmas presents. My youngest son--the 17-year old--and I are driving to Mpls. Dec 17 to catch a plane to Tucson, so he's getting NUTHIN'. Aunt Nancy has plans to spoil him!
((How about we get together for coffee Monday 17 Dec???))
Anyway--this is CRUNCH time for studying for exams. My brain is full! Two classes are finished by Dec 4--YAY!!! After that last exam on the 4th I have nothing until Jan 7. Then is the COUNTDOWN until graduation!
PLEASE say a prayer or two or three! I'm frantically searching among my stuff for a video cassette of my husband and kids. This tape was filmed by the local TV station about the GOOD NEWS when the youngest had open heart surgery and survived. It's all a rather long story, but this tape is the only one in existence, and I wanted to have it put on DVD and give each of the kids one for Christmas. My husband died 2 years after this tape was made, and I thought it'd be neat for them to have something with their dad on it. I already went to the TV station, hoping maybe they'd have archived it, but no such luck!
I'm just praying that it's been stashed somewhere safe when I moved this last time---but it's not in the obvious places I've already looked. 
Anyway--have a good week! I've got 2 important meetings regarding my placement this Wed. and Thurs. I sure need God to smile on me!

I've been waiting to get the details from my sister as to where we'll be staying the night before we fly away. The email I got earlier today puts us at the 'Days Inn Eagan'.

I had a wonderful weekend. Other then exercising I didn't do much. I did however drive down to Maple Grove Saturday morning for the coffee group. I sure enjoyed that...everyone is so sweet!! Love that group!
Still not sure of what I am doing on Thanksgiving....I have three options to choose from or I might just stay at home and enjoy my day. I don't know if I want to drive down to the Cities for the day. Guess I could spend the night or two at my daughters if I do go. I just don't know ......
