Update on me
Well, it's been a week since I finished the 5 day pouch test. I think I freaked out initially, because it took some time for me to see that I had lost weight. I haven't stepped on a scale yet, but I can definitely tell I've lost weight in the way my clothes fit. Others are noticing too! WHOO HOO!
I can't be perfect, but I can be me. I'm doing pretty well with not eating crap. I don't crave the crap like I was craving before the 5DPT. I still have cravings, and I'm not totally staying away, but it's MUCH BETTER.
I still need to work on not making myself eat too much like I"m used to. I can't make myself stop eating when I'm just not hungry. I eat until I'm stuffed, or even overstuff. That's my next goal.
Im so happy to see you so upbeat and positive! You did a good job and for someones whos life was uprooted and changed so much in the last couple of years you have done wonderful! These f-ing carbs are so evil.... they make you crave them and they are like an addiction. Keep up the good work and remember one day at a time!

Sounds like you're doing GREAT! Keep up the good work Farrah! So proud of you for taking control! On the overstuffing, maybe watch the clock. Give yourself 1/2 hour to eat and whatever is left of the plate is left on the plate after the 1/2 hour. Worth a shot!
