I have been asked to change my avatar. But when I try to upload my most recent picture I am told it has too many pixels or too big. Help!

I had the same problem. If you have it in a thumbnail picture you can load the thumbnail picture instead. Like mine you can click on them and make them bigger...so take the small one and upload that one. Thats what I had to do.

Try to resize it using www.shrinkpictures.com.
