Nutrition info on smoothies: This will be if you use 8 oz milk-  Calories -236 Protein  27gm fat-       2.5g carbs-    34 sugars-   22 For smoothis with 4 oz milk and 4 oz low fat splenda sweetened yougurt: Calories-243 protein- 26 gm fat-       1 gm carbs-   39 sugars-   16 and if you add 2 oz orange juice, add to the above totals- 28 colories 0   fat 0 protein 7 carbs 5 sugars
