Traverse City Support Group

Is there no longer a support group in Traverse City? I hope someone can tell me the answer. I could really use the support.

I'm not sure, but I bet if you called Munson, they'd be able to direct you. I know Dr. Featherstone is doing the WLS's, so I bet his office has a number too. Best of luck! Theresa

Yes there is actually three different support groups in Traverse city. I know that MMPC has a support group and Grand Traverse surgeons plus Acedemic surgical which I go to has one also. I am not sure the times and dates off the top of my head since I am at work but I will email you with the information when I get home.

Terri, I noticed you had Dr. Foote also. I can only attend the support group that MMPC supports because I also had surgery at MMPC. Munson doesn't allow other patients into their support groups. MMPC has a group that meets 2nd Monday of the month at Traverse Manor on Dracka Road off of Hartman Road at 7 pm. It should be this Monday night. I plan on attending.
