I did it! I did it!

I went to my first formal exercise class. Granted a bit of a late start but I have been walking. I needed to kick it up a bit and I know you can relate to how hard that first step was to do this. In addition, it's a water aerobic class which meant SWIM SUIT. I sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes wanting to or But I made it through! My suit is even too big and I'm no longer the biggest person in the room (or suit)!!!! My (skinny) dh is thrilled for me but only my OH family can understand what an emotional step this was. I'm even going back next week! Sheryl In the Zoo PS it's WEIRD how all the extra skin bounces!

Great job! That is so brave of you to go there and put on your swim suit. I can't wait until I am there (I am pre op, surgery date June 12). One of my biggest dreams about post op is going swimming again. I have always loved swimming, but haven't in years due to my weight and humiliation of being in a swimsuit. I am so proud of you.
