Weightloss Atemps in Question

What happens when an insurance company request prior weightloss attemps with in the last five years and due to your obesity and the complications you have been unable to do any physical exsercise, but you have been under a Doctors care for over a year, lowered all of your numbers but gainned weight while on a 1200 to 1400 diabetic diet? Are you just screwed or do you have any options to fight with!
