Has anyone been approved without .....

without a letter of support from the physician who put you on a diet in the first place? I just sent my final appeal to HAP today, but Im still worried that because I haven't been able to get a support letter from my former physician documenting my efforts under her care that they will still ultimately deny me. Posting my final appeal letter in my profile if anyone cares to see it.
