Question about insurance ,Aetna

Today I recieved a letter from my insurance company, It kind of looked like a form letter saying everything I will need for the surgery. I have a call into my cordinator because it looks like I should have had all this in my papers that they submitted. Has anyone else recieved anything of the same nature? They just recieved all my paperwork on Monday I dont know How they could have went through all the paperwork and already sent me a letter. Boy this process sure can be extermly stressing.
