Very SAD... Denied from insurance after first letter

I was denied after my first letter to my insurance company. I did everything they asked of me and sent everything they asked for, I am so shocked and so frustrated yet very pissed at the same time!!! My doctor told me and wrote to them, that I would not live to see my 32nd birhtday if I did not have lap band done. I can't believe they would let a us citizen die at a young age and with 3 small children!! Does anyone know of a doctor or facility that would do this procedure complimentary??? PLease Help Me!! I am so lost and discouraged!! Darlene
