One Step Closer

I went to my consultation today. I went with the mind set that I was going to do LAP band but came home deciding on RNY. My mom asked me how I would feel if I had only last 50-60lbs the first year. My answer was "I would be pissed" so I decided the RNY was a better choice I want to see faster results. Since Im a healthy fat girl all I need is the letter from my doctor and the psyche evaluation. I already have the letter from my doctor so now I just need to complete the evaluation which is scheduled for May 1st. They told me they are scheduling surgery about a month out from the time that they get all my paperwork.......so hopefully by the end of May or first of June I will be on the losing side. I will update more when I have good news. Stacy

Thank you for the support. I am so excited about the surgery now that I have completed the consultation and met with the surgeron. I can hardly wait to be on the loosing side.
