WOO~HOO, I CAN'T BELIEVE IT
That is SOOOOO awesome Annette! You are doing so well! Looks like you and I both need to put up new pics! I'm waiting till I get my hair done (hopefully this weekend) as I've hit that stage where the hair is GOING.
It's funny (at least for me) to see the smaller clothes because I look at them and think there is NO way they'll fit! It's weird when they do.
Go Annette!

Hi Sheryl, I think the same way, there is no way these will fit, then they do! it feels so strange. I don't see myself in a 16. I'm leaving more and more hair in the comb these day's ~I don't like it. I just updated my pictures on picturetrail.com a couple of weeks ago, but people that have seen me in person say they don't look like me and I need to update them again. You really do need to update your's. I think the one that shows is pre-op isn't it? Ahhh, so many changes, so little time LOL
God bless you, Sheryl,
Annette
Annette, I probably should put this into a new thread but I wanted to make sure you saw my answer to a comment you made about the hair. My brush starts out empty and I have a handfull when I'm done brushing. I'm a breath away from cutting it shorter because so many say that it helps with the shedding. Anyhow, I digress.....
I phoned my surgeon's nurse because she too has had this surgery. Here is what she told me would help.
First, she said that it is caused by what I was doing 3 months ago. Right after surgery right???? My protein intake was poor and I was loosing fast, fastforward to 3 months later and I'm shedding more than my dogs.
She told me to:
*Make sure I'm getting in a min. of 60 mg of protein (I am)
*Use a shampoo that has Biotin in it. (I asked about taking biotin and she said no, the hair actually needs to be fed - via shampoo/nutrients - biotin.
*She told me to wet it but only wa**** 2 times a week
*Consider going with a shorter style
*Brush less --- with long hair???!!
She recommended a product by Nexxus called Vitatress
Hope this helps you some.
